With this most basic activity we do every second of our lives, you’ll discover how breathing can be your anchor in your daily life, bringing you back to energy and balance.

Module 3: Making Space

Our own minds and bodies often become toxic environments as a result of stress (and the unhealthy choices that stressful feelings lead us to make), leaving no room at all for healthy living.  When we're stressed, we're always focused on the future and have no space for the present.

Module 3 emphasizes the importance of making space, both externally and internally, offering resources you need to deal with stress, here and now.

Module 4: Eating

Keeping stress at bay means taking the time to properly nourish yourself, both physically and mentally. It's not so much what we eat, but rather how and why we eat, that impacts us positively or negatively. Eating is something we must do; it’s part of our survival and social life.

Stress changes how we eat and how our body uses food. Knowing how to nourish yourself can help you approach everyday tasks with a sense of calm and joy… allowing greater ease and fulfillment in your life.

Module 5: Self-Care

Many people think of stress as simply an emotional issue, but how you take care of your body dramatically affects your stress levels.

In Module 5, you’ll learn powerful methods for physical self-care, helping you to keep health and energy high while reducing or eliminating the effects of stress.


Module 6: Sleeping

Even though sleeping is part of self-care, it’s so important we cover this on it’s own in week 6, after you have some resources in place that will help you sleep. Getting a good night’s rest is essential for reducing stress. Sleep’s role in your journey to calm confidence is much greater than that.

Getting a good night’s sleep is one of the biggest challenges we have if we’re stressed, and yet it’s essential to life. You'll learn about what sleep and dreams do for you, and how you can get enough of both.

Module 7: Re-Connecting

Much of our stress typically stems from a chronic lack of a sense of connection. Connection to the self, to others, and to our surroundings. We were born to connect; now it’s time to re-connect.

In Module 7, we look at what happens when we aren’t connected, at some of the manifestations of isolation, including addiction, and how we can begin to re-connect. Then we end this session with an acupuncture technique called tapping – a self-connection tool for your anti-stress toolbox.

Module 8: Relaxing

Relaxation is the goal of your stress-reduction journey. For many of us, relaxation can be difficult to achieve.

Relaxing is about developing resilience. In Module 8, we delve into what reslience is about and how you can use it to live stress-free; leaving you with a set of techniques that can help you develop and maintain resilience - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - every day.
