Once that problem resolves itself (as you were studiously elsewhere – in a book, on a holiday, sleeping …), another person or issue pops up that is disturbingly similar to it. And the whole “dance” begins again.

The package of 6 coaching sessions is designed to help you identify and resolve your most frequent self-critical thoughts that create anxiety and stress – and even depression – in your life.

Here’s what to expect …

  • You’ll begin with a self-assessment that we’ll use as a guide throughout the process, and that you can use moving forward
  • You’ll learn what your core issues are that create anxiety, stress, or depression, and ways of dissolving these feelings, bringing calm
  • We’ll meet bi-weekly for an hour each time (in person, via Skype or phone)
  • In between sessions, we’ll touch base by email
  • Each session is customized to meet your individual needs and goals
